The Mt Zion Odd Fellows Lodge #300 would like to thank those who supported our previous raffles. The Odd Fellows support multiple charities and various events in and around the Mt Zion Community with the proceeds from the raffle, as well as other fundraisers we participate in. We appreciate your support.

The Mt. Zion Odd Fellows Gun Raffle will be giving away 60 guns in 30 days, starting on October 1, 2024 and ending on October 30, 2024.  Winners will be selected using the midday and evening pick three (not including the fireball number) from the Illinois State Lottery.  Our firearms dealer this year will be The Bullet Trap, Macon, IL.  The Bullet Trap is opened 7 days a week, with weapons related inventory, on site range facilities, training available and accessories.

Mt. Zion Odd Fellows Lodge #300 Gun Raffle Terms and Conditions

  • Ticket Limit and Random Sale: A maximum of 1,000 tickets will be sold at random.

  • Raffle Composition: The raffle will consist of 60 guns and/or shooting sports packages distributed over 30 days.

  • Winning Number Determination: Winning ticket numbers will be determined by the Illinois Lottery Mid-Day and Evening "Pick 3" drawings, excluding the fireball number. The winning ticket number will be in the exact order drawn in the Pick 3.

  • Ticket Purchase Requirements: All ticket purchases must include the entrant's name, valid address, and phone number.

  • Contact Information Updates: Each participant is responsible for notifying the Mt. Zion Odd Fellows Lodge of any changes to their contact information.

  • Sales Deadline: Ticket sales will continue until 9/30/2024 or until all 1,000 tickets are sold.

  • Ticket Price: The ticket price is $100 each with no purchase limit.

  • Drawing Dates: Drawings will begin on 10/1/2024 for 30 consecutive days, ending on 10/30/2024. Each ticket will remain in the pool after every drawing and is eligible to win multiple times.

  • 50/50 Drawing Clause: If fewer than 500 tickets are sold, a 50/50 drawing will be held with all sold tickets on 10/1/2024 at 6:00 P.M. The prize will be awarded to a single participant.

  • Proceeds from Unsold Ticket Numbers: Proceeds for any winning numbers drawn that match unsold tickets will revert to the Mt. Zion Odd Fellows Lodge.

  • Winner Notification: The phone number listed on the ticket will be used to inform the winner of their prize. Three attempts will be made to contact the winner, after which the prize will be forfeited. Forfeited prizes will become the property of the Mt. Zion Odd Fellows Lodge.

  • Raffle Legality: The raffle is void where prohibited.

  • Age and Legal Requirements: Each raffle winner must be 21 years old and is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, licenses, training, or other requirements to purchase/own a firearm. In Illinois, winners must have a valid FOID card.

  • Firearm Distribution: All firearms and items for this raffle will be distributed and handled through The Bullet Trap in Macon, IL.

  • Extra Charges: Any extra charges (e.g., shipping, out-of-state transfer fees) will be the responsibility of each winner.

  • Refund and Transfer Policy: All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Substitutions Clause: The Mt. Zion Odd Fellows Lodge #300 reserves the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value if the designated firearm is not available for any reason.

  • Eligibility Changes: If a ticket holder becomes ineligible to possess a firearm during the raffle, the prize will be forfeited and payment will not be refunded.

  • Liability Waiver: Ticket purchasers agree not to hold the Mt. Zion Odd Fellows Lodge, its members, The Bullet Trap, its employees, or any other individuals involved in the raffle liable for any reason related to the raffle.

  • Ticket Holder Declaration: Ticket holders affirm that they are not under indictment for a felony or any other crime that could lead to imprisonment, nor subject to an order of protection or any other court order that prohibits them from possessing a firearm.

  • State and Federal Laws Compliance: Buyers must have no state or federal laws prohibiting them from possessing or owning a firearm.

  • NFA Compliance: All National Firearms Act (NFA) rules and laws apply.

  • Raffle Proceeds: Proceeds from the raffle will benefit charities supported by Mt. Zion Odd Fellows Lodge #300.

  • Acknowledgment: By accepting these Terms and Conditions, participants acknowledge that they have fully read and understood the above statements and agree to them. If there is any change in contact information or the ability to lawfully possess a firearm, participants must notify the Mt. Zion Odd Fellows Lodge #300, P.O. BOX 51, Mt. Zion, IL, 62549, in writing.
